                          After the system is installed, operating
                          and the Customer's key personnel are trained to use
                          the system, we continue our commitment and support to
                          our Customers. 
                        Service
                          and Emergency Calls 
                          Our continuing Customer support is accomplished by follow-up
                          service calls and 24-hour responsive emergency calls,
                          if required. These calls can be made as individual calls
                          or as part of a Maintenance Contract (see below). 
                        System
                          Modifications and Upgrades 
                          We also perform modifications and upgrades to existing
                          systems as required by our Customers as their needs
                          change. 
                        Maintenance
                          Contracts 
                          Our Maintenance Contracts are cost-effective and keep
                          our Customers' systems in peak operating condition.
                          The contracts cover service and emergency calls and
                          periodic visits to the Customers' facilities to test,
                          tune-up and clean system hardware for maximum performance.
