We follow a basic process to ensure that we design and implement effective and efficient solutions that satisfy our Customers' requirements:

1. CONSULTATION MEETING
      To clearly define requirements
     ? Survey Customer's site to gain understanding of current        layout
     ? Gain understanding of Customer's current telecom situation
     ?Determine additional features and capabilities to improve

       performance in Customer's business

2. DESIGN PROCESS
      For the most effective & optimum system
     ? Actively involve Customer in the design process
     ?Propose solutions and options
     ?Receive Customer's approval of the final design
     ?Document collected data

3. BENCH & BURN-IN TEST
      For reliable system performance

     ?Configure the new telecom system in our facility
     ?Program and test system to verify operational requirements
       are met
     ?Burn-in (operate continuously) system for typically 48 hours

4. INSTALLATION
      With minimum customer down-time
     ? Schedule system installation to minimize Customer's down-
       time
     ?Convenient options: we can install during or after business
       hours

5. ADMINISTRATOR TRAINING
      For effective use of new system
     ?Training provided for Customer's system administrator and/or         key personnel
     ?End-user training class also available
